Why I Like It
For me, pumping is not the greatest part of the day. Not only did it make me feel literally like a milk cow, but it takes time out of my day and my time is extremely valuable to me. At least these steam bags make clean up a breeze. Imagine how much more time it would take to sanitize breastpump parts in a pot of water! With the Medela Quick Clean Micro-Steam Bags and a powerful microwave, my breastpump parts are cleaned and sanitized in a minute and a half.

Some microwaves will require 3 minutes for the bag. Be careful when opening the bag as the steam release is extremely hot. Each bag can be used 20 times and there are checkboxes on the bag to help you track how many times you have used the bag. Why I Like It

Why I Like It
One day I was wearing a long necklace with a cluster of beads as a pendant and while caring my little one, she was intrigued by my necklace and wanted to play with it and put everything in her mouth. Why I Like It
When my daughter came down with her first cold (and then passed on to me) I purchased two humidifiers. One for me and one for her. After using my Vicks humidifier in my room for one night, I wanted to take her humidifier instead! The Vicks humidifier was loud, hot, and there was a light on it which kept me up all night. The Crane humidifier was so quiet I could barely tell it was running. I also liked that I could adjust how much mist was being distributed through the room. The tank on the Crane humidifer was easy to fill up and comes with a handle, where the Vicks humidifier was akward to fill up and carry.

The Crane humidifer comes in many different shapes which are sure to fit any nursery. My favorite was the frog, pictured above.

Why I Like It
You go to a restaurant and you see the bus boy quickly wipe down the table with a wet rag. I’ve worked in the food industry. Those rags are not clean by any means. In fact they are probably spreading more germs over the table! Instead of whipping out my sanitary wipes and disinfecting the entire table, I grab one of my Table Topper place mats and stick it on the table.

I love that the Table Topper sticks in place, because little hands like to grab and throw things! Think of the paper place mats restaurants have. There’s no way that my daughter will sit through a meal and still have that on the table. The Table Topper is tacky enough to stick in place but will also release easily so that you don’t have to pick it off the table with your nails.

The bright and colorful designs are great for keeping my daughter occupied while we eat. I can rest easy knowing that at least her part of the table is germ free!

Why I Like It

The First Years Sure Comfort Newborn-to-Toddler Tub

Why I Like It
The tub I initially purchased was the Primo EuroBath Infant and Toddler Bath Tub. After using it, I noticed several problems with the tub. First it was huge, making it hard to store and even harder to use it in the kitchen sink. There were not pads on the tub, so my baby would slide further and further into the water. I needed a temperature gauge to figure out if the water was too hot.

The First Years Sure Comfort Tub is a basic tube with all the necessary features. The pads, temperature guard and drain plug are definite must haves. Plus, it will fit double and single kitchen sinks. You can use this tub from infant to toddler ages so there’s no need to purchase additional tubs. Most of all, it’s affordable!
